As a Karate Mother over the last 9 years I have seen first hand how the staff respect each student (young and slightly older...) as a unique individual. They value each and every person that walks through their door. It has never failed to amaze me how quickly they know each student by name. You are accepted for who you are and yet you come to know that you have so much more inside than you ever thought.

I've been at Bergeron Karate for about 5 years now. For me, it's excellent exercise, stimulating, and a wonderful community. But I have to add that it's great for kids, too. Much more than just physical fitness and self-defence, it also teaches leadership, concentration, stoicism and camraderie.
